Davis Vantage Vue for APRS Installation

RainmanWeather had the opportunity to be on hand for the installation of a new Davis Vantage Vue weather station recently. It was installed on a forty foot crank-up Ham Radio tower at the location of one of the JAX Skywarn officers. The Vue's data is transmitted to the APRS network and is the first in operation in the Northeast Florida area. A custom mount was built just for the purpose and the installation went smoothly.
