RainmanWeather offers several options for ordering. You may place an order online with payment by credit/debit card or by check or money order. You may phone your order in to RainmanWeather toll-free at 888.6-RAINWX (888.672-4699) or JAX local (904)992-1246. If you prefer to FAX an order, please use the toll-free number. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards and also Discover and American Express. You may choose to send a check or money order when ordering both online and by phone. Personal and business checks will be held for up to 10 business days to ensure payment clears before an order is shipped.
When placing an order online at RainmanWeather, all transactions are fully secured with SSL encryption to protect your privacy, and are backed with the Network Solutions SiteSafe™ $50,000 guarantee. Please select the SiteSafe™ logo at the bottom of this page and in the shopping cart to verify our validation and security.
All Credit Card transactions are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only; your private information will never be stored on our servers. Shipping Policy
RainmanWeather consistently strives to provide the best prices available, or even allowed by the manufacturer in many cases, and we do not believe in "hidden charges" when it comes to shipping. Our standard carrier is UPS Ground. The shipping rates are the standard UPS Ground rates based on the weight and location of the shipper and receiver, along with any special handling charges that may apply. In some cases, the shipping may be directly from the manufacturer or a distributor, which is another way we work to save you both time and money. Regardless of shipping location, there are no shipping mark-up or handling charges. Shipping charges for all orders will be shown to you before you finalize your order. Our site is linked directly to UPS and our actual shipping charges are applied.
RainmanWeather ships via UPS to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We are unable to ship orders Internationally, to APO/FPO, PMB and P.O. Boxes at this time.
RainmanWeather will ship your order within 24-48 hours on business days after it is placed with us, usually orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time Zone will ship the same day (excludes weekends and holidays, which ship the next business day). UPS Ground shipping generally will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. See our UPS Shipping Zone Chart for expected delivery time for your area.
Tracking information for your order will be provided to the email address on your account at the time of shipping and will also be available in your account order status.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay.
Your order may be delayed if there is an issue with the credit card name and address security confirmation.
Depending on your order, it may be shipped in separate boxes, and they may be delivered at separate times.
Returns Policy

Merchandise must to be returned in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. Approved RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside shipping box.
RainmanWeather assumes shipping charges both ways on exchanged defective items within 30 days of purchase. With an approved RMA request, a UPS return shipping label will be emailed to your account.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on non-defective return shipments. Returns must be delivered shipping charges prepaid, C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused.
It is strongly recommended that you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage, and to use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is your right to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you do accept the package, please ensure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for RainmanWeather to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in and notify RainmanWeather immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify RainmanWeather of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will be in effect, and product will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact RainmanWeather Support via online Return Merchandise Authorization Form or by phone toll-free at 888.6-RAINWX (888.672-4699) or JAX local (904)992-1246 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
Defective returns can be returned to RainmanWeather within 30 days from the invoice date for credit refund or replacement.
Non-Defective returns can be returned to RainmanWeather within 30 days from the invoice date for credit refund or exchange. All Non-Defective returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer for any reason other than damage, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees, the 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. After 30 days, all manufacturers warranties apply.
