The WeatherPlug is a very small and energy efficient, yet powerful weatherhub IP server. The low power usage and high performance device replaces your PC for always-on weather reporting and data logging. The WeatherPlug uploads weather data to Internet weather networks including CWOP, APRS, Weather Underground, HAMweather/PWS Weather, WeatherBug and more. Furthermore, WeatherPlug records weather data from your weather station, evaluates this data, draws user defined weather graphs and can upload via ftp to a web server to create your own web page (see a demonstration here). It can export recorded weather data in WSWIN or WD format to allow for further processing on your PC. WeatherPlug supports a wide range of weather stations and allows to record the data ongoing to transfer the information to the Internet, without having your PC switched on.
Do the environment and your energy bill a favor, let WeatherPlug do the weather server work instead of your power-hungry PC!
The Weatherplug operates with the Meteohub software providing a complete and fully automated weather server solution. You may purchase the WeatherPlug with the Meteohub demo version (for free upgrade of an existing license) or with the fully licensed version. One time fee for Meteohub license is $60 and can be applied after initial purchase.
